Are you living with chronic pain? Join your peers age 60+ for this FREE evidence-based workshop! The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program gives you the tools to take charge of your health. Over the course of 6 weeks, you will learn techniques and strategies to better manage your pain on a daily basis.
