Do you or a loved one have diabetes? Our Diabetes Self-Management program is a FREE, 6-week workshop that encourages lifestyle changes while learning about your diabetes and the way it affects your health. Classes provide information on menu planning, proper diet and carbohydrate intake, blood sugar levels, and sick days.

  • How to take your medications correctly
  • Discover better nutrition and exercise choices
  • Communicate better with friends, family, and providers about your diabetes
  • Make a step-by-step plan to improve your health and life
