Watch the Art of Healthy Aging Summer Series:

This three-part series consists of 40-minute episodes that are jam-packed with information and resources for:

  • Safety
  • Security
  • Nutrition
  • Joyful Living

Each episode brings together 3-5 experts to discuss topics that all seniors and their families should be considering during this time.

During each segment, our speakers will:

  1. Share what they know as an industry
  2. Answer your questions
  3. Provide tools and resources to help you stay active and healthy as you age


All three events are also aired on Facebook, Vimeo and YouTube.
