Nonprofit Primeplus Senior Center is holding its first community fair for seniors who are at least 50 to include organizations such as Senior Services.

A job and volunteer fair for seniors is coming to Norfolk.

Nonprofit Primeplus Senior Center is holding its first community fair for seniors who are at least 50.

More than 15 public and private sector employers from a variety of fields will present job and volunteer opportunities at the event in the Norfolk Fitness and Wellness Center on Newport Avenue on April 3.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The employers include: AARP Foundation, Norfolk Works, Norfolk Public Schools, Opportunity Inc., Nauticus, New Man Fitness, Doreen Healthcare, Stop Inc., Senior Services Companion program, Transamerica Financial Services, Retail Alliance, Norfolk International Airport Volunteer program, Paparazzi Jewelry and the Chesapeake Humane Society.
