Through our partnerships with the Legal Aid Society of
Eastern Virginia Virginia Senior Law Center and Virginia Legal
Aid Society in Suffolk, Senior Services can help you with
legal advice and representation by an attorney for all
legal efforts except criminal and fee-generating cases:
- Wills
- Estates
- Guardianships
- Powers-of-Attorney
- Advance Medical Directives/Living Wills
- Landlord-Tenant Disputes
- Consumer Disputes
- Entitlement/Benefits appeals
Fee: This is a free service. Voluntary contributions are accepted, however.
The program also provides legal education presentations
