Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program – NEW OFFERING!

This community based program will be offered in community centers, senior living buildings and at recreation and church locations as scheduled.  

The program goals are the provision of safe exercises in a positive social setting that can improve mood and certain physical impairments from arthritis.  

There is a focus on joint protection, relation and self-care through regular physical activity.

Costs for any classes offered may include fees for materials in the future as these are grant supported services.
